PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The Department of Environmental Protection (Department) proposes to amend Chapter 62-330, F.A.C. These amendments streamline and clarify language for regulated entities that would require a State 404 Program Permit after assumption of the State 404 Program.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: Amendments that include incorporating by reference revised forms that include a State 404 Program Permit section, as well as clarifications that applicants may waive Environmental Resource Permit timelines, so that Agency actions can be issued concurrently.
