GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This is the second public hearing of Rule 69O-203.201, .203, .210, Florida Administrative Code, published on April 18, 2018 in Vol. 44, No. 76, of the Florida Administrative Register. The rules are being updated to conform to the statutory changes, implemented by Chapter 2017-112, Laws of Florida, including “discount medical plan organizations” to “discount plan organizations.” A notice of change was published on May 11, 2018 in Vol. 44, No. 93.
