63E-5.0011: Definitions
- NOTICE OF CHANGENotice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol.32,No.13, March 31, 2006 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly.
The proposed new rule was previously noticed for change in Vol. 32, No. 14, of the April 7, 2006 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly. The following change is in response to written comments submitted by the staff of the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee, and is as follows:
1. The word physics shall be removed from subsection 64B3-5.0011(5). Consequently, subsection 64B3-5.0011(5) shall read as follows: (5) Academic Science means college level courses in the areas of chemistry, biology, physiology, anatomy, microbiology, immunology, medical sciences, genetics, and molecular biology, pursuant to subsection 64B3-2.003(6), F.A.C.
