PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To open the aforementioned rule for development to implement the changes in the Florida Building Code, 5th Ed. (2014) pursuant to the changes made to ch. 553, F.S. within ch. 2016-129 L.O.F., and the creation of s. 399.031 F.S. within ch. 2016-211, L.O.F. The Commission shall conduct seven rule development workshops to accept public input regarding the statutorily required changes to the Florida Building Code.
