Final Order No. DEO-16-064
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity issued Final Order No. DEO-16-064 on May 10, 2016, in response to an application submitted by Mariner Sands Country Club, Inc. for covenant revitalization under Chapter 720, Part III, Florida Statutes.
The Department’s Final Order rescinded Final Order DEO-15-054 and granted the application for covenant revitalization after determining that the application met the statutory requirements for covenant revitalization.
