The FLORIDA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION invites all qualified bidders to submit proposals for consideration in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Request for Proposals for relay service, beginning in March 2018, for the deaf, hard of hearing, deaf/blind or speech impaired in compliance with the Florida Telecommunications Access System Act of 1991. Proposals shall be accepted until 3:00 p.m. (EDT), Friday, June 16, 2017.
