NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 8, 2020, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver of paragraph 67-21.003(1)(b) and subsections 67-21.002(9) and (85), FAC (2017) and the Non-Competitive Application Instructions, and an Amended Petition for Waiver of paragraph 67-21.003(1)(b) and subsections 67-21.002(9) and (85), FAC (2018) and the Non-Competitive Application Instructions from Hidden Grove Housing, LP, requesting a permanent waiver such that Petitioner may maintain a trust at the third principal disclosure level and a natural person at the fourth level.
