NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 10, 2023, the E911 Board, received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Damani Barro, 911 Coordinator, on behalf of Clay County. The Petitioner is seeking a variance of paragraph 60FF1-5.013(4)(a), F.A.C., which states, to participate in this program, each medium and large county must submit its documented CHS maintenance cost for one system for the fiscal year beginning October 1 and ending September 30 by January 1 of the following year. Comments on this petition should be filed with Leon Simmonds, Chairman, E911 Board, 4030 Esplanade Way, Suite 135F, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-0950, within 14 days of publication of this notice.
