SCOPE OF WORK: The project consists of upgrading and replacing the existing CCTV system. Estimated construction cost is not to exceed $90,000.

All contractors that are interested in bidding are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference to be held on May 15, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at John Love Elementary School No. 73, located at 1531 Winthrop Street, Jacksonville, FL 32206.
Failure to attend the pre-bid conference shall result in disqualification of that firm’s proposal. Attendees will be required to sign an attendance register. All contractors submitting proposals and bids must be pre-qualified with Duval County Public Schools at the time of the ITB Response Due Date. No proposals or bids will be accepted from Contractors who are not pre-qualified at that time. The project funding is subject to availability of funds as authorized by the Owner. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
