    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Acupuncture has received the petition for declaratory statement from Ashley Hoyt, on April 28, 2014.The petition seeks the agencys opinion as to the applicability of Rule 64B1-4.012, Florida Administrative Code, as it applies to the petitioner.

    The Petitioner seeks a declaratory statement as to whether it is within the scope of Rule 64B1-4.012, Florida Administrative Code, for an AIT certified licensed acupuncturist to inject Botox into acupoints on the human body. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
