TO PROVIDE CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AT RISK SERVICES
REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ): The Department of Management Services, Division of Real Estate Development and Management, request qualifications for licensed general contractors, to submit for Construction Management at Risk services are required for the project listed below.

ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION BUDGET: Current project funding is approximately $11,000,000.00 with additional construction funding of approximately $29,000,000.00 contingent upon future appropriations by the Legislature.
