NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 9, 2020, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver from Florida Administrative Code subsection 67-21.008(17) and on May 12, 2020 received a revised petition for a permanent waiver from Florida Administrative Code Rule 67-32 (and FAC 48.041(2)) from MBCDC: The Allen, LLC, requesting a waiver of the 151 Calendar Day reporting requirement in the Rule and modify the requirement such that the Petition is required to provide the Corporation with an audited financial statement and a fully executed Form SR-1 within 9 months following the Petitioner's fiscal year-end.
