NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 39, No. 25, February 6, 2013 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The changes are in response to concerns stated by the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee in a letter dated February 15, 2013. The changes are as follows:
61G5-30.001(3) will be deleted: 3) When the Board finds that any person licensed or registered under Chapter 477, F.S., has committed any of the acts set forth in Section 477.028, F.S., it is recommended that the Board issue a final order imposing a revocation of the license or registration involved in any such violation.
61G5-30.001(4)-(7) shall be renumbered as: (3) (4) No change.

(5)(6) No change.
(6)(7) No change.
