    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Electrical Contractors’ Licensing Board has received a Petition for Declaratory Statement from Martha Harrell Chumbler, Esquire on behalf of TF Wireless Products, LLC, filed on May 6, 2014. The Petitioner seeks the Board’s interpretation of the applicability of Chapter 489 and 455, Florida Statutes, that neither TF nor anyone acting on TF’s behalf will be required to register or obtain certification from the Board in connection with the business endeavor described within the Petition.

    Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
