NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 11, 2015, WISCAN, LLC filed a petition with the Florida Public Service Commission. Petitioner seeks a waiver from subsection 25-6.049(5), F.A.C., requiring individual electric metering for new occupancy units. The rule exempts occupancy units for which a construction permit was issued before, and which has received master-metered service continuously since January 1, 1981, and certain other types of occupancy units, from the individual metering requirement. Docket No. 150142-EU has been opened to process the petition. Comments on the petition should be filed with the Office of Commission Clerk, Florida Public Service Commission, 2540 Shumard Oak Boulevard, Tallahassee, FL 32399-0850, within 14 days of publication of this notice.
