The Florida Housing Finance Corporation hereby gives notice: On May 10, 2019, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued an order granting waiver of subsection 67-48.002(95), F.A.C. and Section II.K. of the 2015 QAP from Denton Cove, Ltd., allowing Petitioner to exchange its 2017 credits for allocation of 2019 credits now rather than in the last calendar quarter of 2020. Florida Housing determined that the petitioner had demonstrated that it would suffer a substantial hardship if the waiver was not granted. The petition was filed on April 15, 2019, and notice of the receipt of petition was published on April 17, 2019 in Vol. 45, Number 75, F.A.R
