    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 9, 2019, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for BLISS CONDOMINIUM at 176 4th ave NE, St Petersburg, FL. Petitioner seeks a permanent variance of the requirements of Rules 2.16.4.2, 2.16.4.5, 2.16.4.6, 2.16.4.9, 2.26.2.5, and 2.14.2.2.1, ASME A17.1, 2009 edition, as adopted by 61C-5.001, Florida Administrative Code that requires no passengers in a freight elevator which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
