    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Okaloosa-Walton Transportation Planning Organization (TPO) will hold a public meeting at 3 p.m., Thurs., May 21, 2020. The Citizens’ Advisory Committee (CAC) will meet at 9:30 a.m. The Technical Coordinating Committee (TCC) will meet at 1:30 p.m. In response to the Governors Executive Order 20-69, these meetings will be held VIRTUALLY.

    To limit the potential spread of COVID-19, members of the public wishing to attend or participate in the meeting may only do so via video live stream or telephone.

    The TPO will consider:

    • Adopting the 2045 Long Range Transportation Plan Scope of Work

    • Approving Deobligation of Funds in the FY 2019-2020 UPWP

    • Approval of Interlocal Agreements

    • Authorizing Emergency Approvals Under a Declared County, State or Federal State of Emergency to Ensure Compliance with State and Federal Requirements for Metropolitan Planning Organizations; Repealing all Resolutions in Conflict; Providing an Effective Date

    • Reaffirming the Intergovernmental Coordination and Review and Public Transportation Coordination Joint Participation Agreement

    • Adopting the Congestion Management Process Plan Minor Update

    • Approval of Request to Proceed with Amending the Okaloosa-Walton 2040 Long Range Transportation Plan Cost Feasible Plans to Include U.S. 98 at CR 30A Pedestrian Underpass Right of Way, Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI), and Construction Phases

    • Adopting the Okaloosa-Walton Transportation Planning Organization (TPO) Public Participation Plan (PPP) Major Update

    • Amending the FY 2020-2024 Transportation Improvement Program to add the Preliminary Engineering (PE) Phase for SR 188 (Racetrack Road and SR 189 (Beal Parkway), Lighting Project as Project #4460361 in FY 2019/2020 in the amount of $61,596.
