NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 12, 2020, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver from Florida Administrative Code subparagraph 67-21.014(2)(r)(6) and paragraphs 67-21.026(13)(e) and 67-48.0072(17)(f) and 2019 Qualified Allocation Plan ("2018 QAP") from Hilltop Pointe, LP, requesting a partial waiver of the work a general contractor can perform ("GC Self Performance").
