NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Construction Industry Licensing Board has received a Petition for Declaratory Statement from Christopher D. Mellado, filed on February 10, 2020. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Rule 61G4-15.032, Florida Administrative Code.
Petitioner seeks a determination from the Board as to whether an unlicensed swimming pool contractor can install an underground pool liner. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
