NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 10, 2020, the Division of Funeral, Cemetery, and Consumer Services, received a petition for waiver of certain requirements of Rule 69K-18.003, F.A.C. The petition was filed on behalf of Albert McWhite II, who had previously been issued a funeral director and embalmer internship license in 2007. The license is valid for one year. Mr. McWhite failed to complete the internship, and is seeking a waiver of Rule 69K-18.003, F.A.C., which provides that only one internship per person is allowed.
