GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This public hearing scheduled for May 13, 2024, has been CANCELLED due to power-outage and damage to the location site caused by severe weather on May 10, 2024, that impacted North Florida. The Department received a request to conduct a public hearing on the proposed amendments to the above refenced rule that were published in the Florida Administrative Register on March 29, 2024. The public hearing will be rescheduled and provide an opportunity for affected persons to present evidence and argument on the proposed amendments under consideration. The public hearing will not adjudicate rights and will not be adversarial in nature.
Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, national origin, age, handicap, or marital status.
