NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 8, 2017, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver from Spinal Cord Living-Assistance Development, Inc. (SCLAD)., requesting a waiver from Rule 67-48.0072(4)(c) F.A.C requesting an extension of the SAIL and ELI loan closing date as well as the Credit underwriting deadline from June 22, 2017 to December 31, 2017 due to delays in development process.
