REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The North Central Florida Regional Planning Council, on behalf of The Original Florida Tourism Task Force, is seeking proposals from video production companies to design and create a tourism video.
Submit two hard (paper) copies of your proposal in writing to: 2018 Website Video Project Proposal, c/o Scott Koons, Executive Director
The Original Florida Tourism Task Force, 2009 NW 67th Place, Gainesville, FL 32653-1603
Electronic and facsimile copies will not be accepted.
Proposals must be received by The Original Florida Tourism Task Force by:
5:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Savings Time, June 15, 2018
Proposals received after the above specified time and date will not be accepted.
The complete request for proposals, which includes a Project Description as well as the proposer Ranking and Selection Criteria, is available at www.ncfrpc.org.
All proposals received will be reviewed by The Original Florida Tourism Task Force or their designee. The Original Florida Tourism Task Force reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to award the contract in the best interest of The Original Florida Tourism Task Force.
