NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 12, 2020, the Building Code Administrators and Inspectors Board, received a petition for variance or waiver submitted by Orange County Division of Building Safety, regarding Rule 61G19-9.0045, F.A.C. With the current State of Emergency regarding the Coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic and actions to limit gatherings of people and “social distancing,” Petitioner seek approval to administer, advertise, and instruct certain approved courses in a video conferencing format, including but not limited to, WebEx, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams.
