Policy and Procedure Updates
The Department of Juvenile Justice has posted one revised and one new policy for comment and review: FDJJ 1000, Policy Development and Review (revised) and FDJJ 1919, Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) Standards Compliance (new). Both policies will be posted until June 13, 2013 on the Department's webpage at http://www.djj.state.fl.us/partners/policies-resources/department-policies/policies-under-review. Directions for submitting comments can be found at the above webpage.
