Final Order No. DEO-16-059
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity issued Final Order No. DEO-16-059 on May 9, 2016, in response to an Application for Binding Letter of Modification to a Development with Vested Rights for Poinciana Office and Industrial Park VII, Tracts E and F, File No. BLIM-07-2016-001.
The Department’s Final Order found that the proposed modifications to the vested plan of development do not divest any rights the developer has acquired under Section 380.06(20), Florida Statutes, and the modification will not be required to undergo Development of Regional Impact review under section 380.06, Florida Statutes.
