NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 42 No. 72, April 13, 2016 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The following change has been made to the rule text:

The following changes have been made to the Florida Medicaid Reproductive Services Coverage Policy:
Section 6.2.4 Hysterectomy Services, bullets now read:

Section 6.2.5 Therapeutic Abortion Services, first sentence now reads:

Section 8.3.1 Billing Code, first bullet now reads:
• 59409 TC Facility fee to birth center when birth occurs at birth center (reimbursable on the same date of service as delivery fee)
