Notice is hereby given that South Florida Community Care Network, LLC d/b/a Community Care Plan (CCP) is withdrawing the Request for Proposal (RFP) for Risk Assessment Services published on March 1, 2019 in Vol. 45 No. 42 of the Florida Administrative Register, and rejecting all responses received.
