Notice is hereby given that the Board of Medicine has received an Emergency Petition for Declaratory Statement filed by Neelam Uppal, M.D., on May 15, 2019. The Petitioner seeks a declaratory statement from the Board regarding whether her probation served in the State of New York will satisfy the requirements of her probation in the State of Florida, pursuant to DOAH Case Numbers 13-595 consolidated with 14-514; 14-515; and DOH Case Numbers 2009-13497; 2011-06111; and 2011-17799. The Board will consider this petition at its meeting currently scheduled for Friday, June 7, 2019. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
