NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Building Code Administrators and Inspectors has received the petition for declaratory statement from Manatee County, filed on May 7, 2019.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of subsections 468.604(2), 468.621(2), and paragraph 468.621(1)(i), F.S. as it applies to the petitioner.

The Petitioner seeks clarification of subsections 468.604(2), 468.621(2), and paragraph 468.621(1)(i), F.S. as they pertain to the requirements to conduct video inspections. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
