NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 11, 2023, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver of subsection 67-48.002(96), F.A.C. (5/18/21) and the 2021 QAP from Heritage Oaks, LLLP, to allow Petitioner to return its 2022 Housing Credit Allocation now as opposed to waiting until the end of the second calendar quarter of 2024.

The Petition has also been posted on Florida Housing’s website at floridahousing.org. Florida Housing will accept comments concerning the Petition for 14 days from the date of publication of this notice.
