NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Department of Corrections has received the petition for declaratory statement from Rexford Tweed, DC# 116365. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of 33-501.301 and 33-501.302, F.A.C., as they apply to the petitioner.
