NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Veterinary Medicine has received the petition for declaratory statement from Jerry Alan Greene, on April 27, 2018. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of subsections 474.202(10), 474.215(2), F.S. and paragraphs 61G18-17.005(1)(a)(b), (2), (3), F.A.C., as it applies to the petitioner.
The Petitioner seeks a declaratory statement from the Board with regard to subsections 474.202(10), 474.215(2), F.S. and paragraphs 61G18-17.005(1)(a)(b), (2), (3), F.A.C., as to whether the practice of veterinary medicine is the sole responsibility of the responsible veterinarian. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
