General Statement of Work: Provide A/E services including but not limited to design drawings and specifications for the proposed renovation. The project will provide facility renovations to the Florida Army National Guard Armory to accommodate the training and administrative needs of the Florida Army National Guardsmen stationed at this facility. The project may include renovations of private vehicle parking, military vehicle parking, unheated equipment storage, small annex building, outdoor electrical shed, force protection/security systems, site grading and storm water control systems. The Armory Building is approximately 30,000 square feet, the Storage Building is approximately 5,700 square feet, and the Annex is approximately 1,800 square feet. These facilities will require utilization of construction materials and equipment offering the greatest degree of maintenance-free longevity and operational energy efficiency.
Estimated Construction Cost: $4,400,000.00
