NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 08, 2007, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for Waiver of paragraphs 67-57.040(1)(k) and 67-57.040(1)(e), Florida Administrative Code, from Liberty Mortgage XVI, LLC (“Petition”). The Petition is seeking a waiver of the rules which provides certain requirements regarding property standards.
