    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The proposed demonstration RFA will provide forgivable loans of up to $750,000 to finance small rental housing developments of no more than 10 units to serve as permanent housing to extremely low and low income homeless households. Proposed allowable developments shall consist of single family, townhomes, duplexes or quadraplexes on a single site or scattered through the community. The workshop will provide participants an opportunity to hear and provide comments on the draft RFA.
