NOTICE OF CORRECTION
Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 42 No. 90, May 9, 2016 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
Form numbers HR-7006, HR-7027, HR-7028 and HR-7031 had their effective dates inadvertently changed. They have been returned to their previous state. A notice of correction was published on May 17, 2016 that erroneously listed these forms as HR-7005, HR-7007 and HR-7030.
