GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Variance Review and Advisory Committee for Onsite Sewage Programs will discuss and make recommendations to the Department of Health regarding the criteria and conditions for extending the expiration dates for certain variances to s. 381.0065(6), Florida Statutes, addressing the prohibition of the land application of septage, that were originally granted in 2016 pursuant to s. 381.0065(3)(d), Florida Statutes.
