(1) No change.

(2) All contracts for private attorney services shall contain an addendum entitled "Office of the Attorney General Attachment A for Private Attorney Services," Form OAG-002, (rev. 4/2006), effective________, (rev. 9/2001), effective 12-17-01, which is hereby incorporated by reference.
