    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Gulfstream Property and Casualty has requested rate increases for Homeowners, Dwelling Fire and Mobile home insurance ranging from 55.4% to 56.3% average statewide rate increase. The requested rate increases were not uniform and some areas are subject to higher rate increases. Florida law allows the Office of Insurance Regulation to hold a public hearing for any purpose within the scope of the Insurance Code deemed to be necessary.
