The Florida Housing Finance Corporation announces a workshop to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME: June 15, 2017, 1:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Eastern)

PLACE: Hyatt Regency Orlando Airport, 9300 Jeff Fuqua Blvd., Orlando, Florida. The workshop will be accessible via telephone.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: At this workshop, Florida Housing intends to solicit comments and suggestions from interested persons relative to the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and State Apartment Incentive Loan (SAIL) Request for Applications (RFAs) issued in 2016 and early 2017, RFAs to be issued during the remainder of 2017 and early 2018, and the RFA process in general. Florida Housing hopes to encourage a good discussion about what’s working, what’s not working, and what can be improved.

The workshop agenda, call-in instructions, and the proposed 2017/2018 RFA funding amounts and time line for the RFAs expected to be issued during the remainder of 2017 and first half of 2018 will be available prior to the workshop. An announcement will be issued via the Florida Housing ListServ when this information is available.
