NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 14, 2020, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Immolakee Fire Station #32, Immolakee, FL. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of ASME A18.1, Section 2.7.1, 2017 Edition, as adopted by Rule 61C-5.001, Florida Administrative Code that limits travel to 14’ which poses a significant hardship.
