NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 17, 2023, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver from subsection 67-48.002(96), Florida Administrative Code and the 2021 Qualified Allocation Plan's Requirement for Returning Housing Credit Allocations from Pinnacle at La Cabana, LLLP, waiving the provisions that prohibit Petitioner from returning Housing Credit Allocations prior to the third quarter of 2024; allowing the immediate return of Petitioner's 2022 Housing Credit Allocation; and allocating new Housing Credits to Petition with a later placed in service date, in an amount equal to the amount of its 2022 Housing Credit Allocation.
