NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 18, 2023, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver from subsection 67-48.0072(26), Florida Administrative Code (6/23/20) from Blue CASL Dade, LLC for an additional extension of the closing deadline from May 30, 2023 to August 28, 2023.
