Board of MedicineNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on April 16, 2008, the Board of Medicine issued a Final Order on the petition for declaratory statement filed on behalf of Mark P. Trolice, M.D. The Notice of the Petition was published in Vol. 33, No. 52, of the December 28, 2007, Florida Administrative Weekly. The Board reviewed the Petition at its meeting held on February 2, 2008. The Board’s Final Order finds the proposed practice arrangement as set forth in the Petition and as presented by the Petitioner complies with the provisions of Section 458.053, Florida Statutes.
