NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 19, 2013, the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD), received a petition for Variance (Application 130419-3) from the City of Kissimmee, 101 N Church St, Kissimmee, FL 34741, and Kissimmee Gateway Airport, 301 Dyer Blvd, Suite 101, Kissimmee, FL 34741, for a project known as Martin Luther King Boulevard Phase 3, located in Osceola County, Sections 19, Township 25 South, Range 29 East. The petition seeks relief from Section 7.4(d) of the Basis of Review for Environmental Resource Permit Applications Within the South Florida Water Management District, effective May 20, 2012, which is incorporated by reference in paragraph 40E-4.091(1)(a), F.A.C., pertaining to side slopes for wet retention/detention and attenuation areas.
