    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 30, 2013, the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida, received a petition for an Emergency Petition for Waiver filed by the Petitioner, Ocala Breeders Sales Co. Inc. (“OBS”) VW-2013-124.

    Paragraphs 61A-5.010(1)(b), 61A-5.010(1)(c): Applications; Transfer Fee.

    Nature of the rule for which variance or waiver is sought: The Petitioner requests an Emergency Petition for Waiver of paragraphs 61A-5.010(1)(b) and 61A-5.010(1)(c), in regards to its change to Licensed Entity Application for its Alcoholic Beverage License.
