2011 Enhanced Biennial Review Group 2 Compliance Economic Review Reports
Pursuant to the requirements of Section 120.745, Florida Statutes, the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services has completed a Compliance Economic Review Report for each rule and rule sub-part identified as “Group 2”by the Department in the Enhanced Biennial Review Report.

In accordance with Section 120.745(7)(b)2. and 3., Florida Statutes, any interested party should address all inquiries, public comments, and objections pertaining to the publication of the Department’s “Group 2” Compliance Economic Review Reports in writing to Steven L.
