NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 16, 2014, the Department of Children and Families, received a petition for waiver of paragraph 65C-33.002(9)(e), Florida Administrative Code, from Camelot Community Care. Paragraph 65C-33.002(9)(e), F.A.C., relates to Child Welfare Pre-Service Training and Phase II of Child Welfare Training for Licensing Counselors. Child Protection Licensing Counselor (or any individual, regardless of position title, who conducts parent preparation pre-service training for prospective caregivers, or any individual who conducts home visit assessments for the purpose of completing foster or adoptive home studies of prospective caregivers.
